In the weighbridge industry, delivering excellent customer service and technical support is vital for client satisfaction and enhancing profitability.
Recognizing the importance of upskilling its staff, Essae Digitronics, the leading weighbridge manufacturer in India, has conducted Service Upliftment Workshops across the country to strengthen its service personnel.
These workshops were conducted in five phases:
- 1st Phase: 11th-12th Aug. 2023, at the Truck Scale Plant
- 2nd Phase: 25th-26th Aug. 2023, in Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Indore, and Coimbatore.
- 3rd Phase: 1st-2nd Sept. 2023
- 4th Phase: 8th-9th Sept. 2023
- 5th Phase: 22nd-23rd Sept. 2023
The service upliftment workshops provide a comprehensive understanding of weighbridge products, their components, features, and specifications for service staff.
Here’s an overview of what our workshops cover:
Installation: Service personnel receive training in various technical aspects, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Practical, hands-on training is provided to improve proficiency.
Software Training: Weighbridge systems involve not only mechanical and electronic components but also software integration for data capture, management, and analysis. Training is provided on the effective use of software, including data input, retrieval, and reporting.
Customer Service: Understanding customer pain points, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conflict resolution are crucial aspects of customer service. It involves effective communication and strategic skills. E’ Service Upliftment Workshop covers this important aspect of customer management.
Safety Training: Service personnel are trained in safety during installation and maintenance, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: In a dynamic industry, continuous learning and skill upgrading are essential. The Service Upliftment Workshop helps employees stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

They also gained insights into the latest industry trends and innovations.
By incorporating feedback, assessment, and certification, the effectiveness of the training program can be evaluated, and additional elements can be incorporated into future programs. Cross-functional training can enable service staff to gain insights into other areas of the company’s operations, such as sales, marketing, or production.
